"We absolutely LOVED this
Bed & Breakfast!"

We absolutely LOVED this bed and breakfast! We both had never been to one before, and this one exceeded all of our expectations! The moment we walked in, we were greeted by Julio and Dean, who offered us cool, peppermint/lavender cloths for the long ride and a drink of our choice. Dean took plenty of time to show us all the spots to go-restaurants, bars, scenic spots etc. Our room was wonderful! Such a charming bedroom and very nice, updated bathroom! Our favorite spot was the upstairs porch, by far! We loved to rock on the swing and people watch. Complimentary wine, sodas, water, tea, coffee etc. all throughout the day and night and wonderful breakfast each morning with sweets throughout the day. Very quiet and oh, so quaint! We will certainly be back! If you're looking for a B & B in St. Augustine, look no further! :)

"Just want everyone to know how amazing this place truly is..."

I seriously never leave reviews but I just want everyone to know how amazing this place truly is. I've been twice already and there's absolutely no way that any place in St. Augustine is better than this. From the aromatherapy towels and wine when you arrive to the gorgeous and comfortable rooms, it's more than dreamy. Perfect location. Included wine. Delicious breakfast. Amazing staff. It's really everything I want in a little getaway. Please visit this place, you won't regret it. To the owners and staff - thank you so much for everything!!! ~ Google

"St. Augustine stop"

One of the nicest b&b's we have stayed at, and we've been to many. A historic and old home that has been tricked out with all the amenities you could want. Rooms are spacious, and the plumbing works fabulously. We were in the aquamarine room, which was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was creative and delicious. They even have cookies and wine available in the parlor and a small carafe of sherry in the bedroom. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the historic district. A gem of a b&b.

"Location, Location, Location, and Friendly Staff"

This is a repurposed Victorian house in the historic district of St. Augustine, within easy walking distance of many points of interest and a wide variety of restaurants. It has parking on site, and is only two blocks from stops of both of the tour operators, so unless a visitor wants to go outside the historic district there is no need to put the key in the car until ready to leave. We stayed here as part of our 58th anniversary celebration, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. From the time we arrived until we pulled out of the parking lot to leave, we were treated with courtesy, dignity and respect. And the location, while in the historic district, is on a relatively quiet street that is quite walkable and only two blocks off St. George Street, the main commercial walkway through the historic district. The building has two porches on which guests can sit and visit and/or enjoy a drink while people watching along Cuna Street, and the interior has been tastefully decorated. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the upper porch. It had a very nice private bath, with a lavatory in the main bedroom. Despite being an older building, it was relatively quiet inside the room. The breakfasts varied every morning, but all were delicious and well balanced, with fruit, protein, and starch. There are cookies and wine available in the dining area, and the hotel staff is superb. This was our first visit to this B&B, but it will not be our last. ~ Trip Advisor

"Magical Holiday Experience!!!"

My wife, daughter and I stayed at the Inn a couple weeks before Christmas. We were there to visit our son and take in the Christmas lights. Michaele and Julio were gracious hosts, helping us with a carriage ride right from their front door and providing information about the Old Town. Their breakfasts were exceptional and the rooms we occupied were clean and well appointed. A great place to stay in the Historic District - this was our second time at the Carriage Way Inn B&B, and we'll be back!

"Convenient weekend
wedding stay"

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend while attending a wedding at the governors house. Stayed in the aquamarine room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was furnished nicely. The bathroom was really tiny but the shower was large and nicely done. The convenient location was great. We walked everywhere in the historic downtown including to the wedding. Designated parking for inn guests was a necessity.

"Beautiful B&B in perfect location"

This is one of our favorite B&Bs in St. Augustine. It's walking distance to everything and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. The house was decorated for Xmas, so it got us in the holiday mood. We stayed in the Amethyst room this time which was perfect if you want a little more privacy. This room is separate from the house with it's own entrance. The breakfast was very good too.his was our first stay at a B&B and we were referred by our friends that live in St. Augustine. We were so pleased with the entire stay! My husband and I stayed in the Silver Room, which was located at The Cottage. It was a short walk to the main house for breakfast which was delicious both days. Dean even called the muffin "glorious" and it was! :). Our room was perfect for us and had a great air conditioner, towels, and the best water pressure. We would highly recommend anyone to stay at Carriage Way! Excellent job to Dean and the rest of the team!
