We stayed here for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our room and sitting on the upper level porch. Very convenient to shops and bars. We walked to almost everything. Breakfast was very good and served fast so you could go on your way. The owners are very friendly and took a lot of time in helping us find places to eat and things to do. You can tell that they love their business. I was very happy with out stay.

There are a ton of B&B's in St. Augustine, and I am so glad we picked this one. The breakfast was amazing (plus there are snacks in the afternoon)! Everyone was so accommodating. It was right in the heart of historic St. Augustine, so we did not have drive anywhere to explore. I would definitely suggest staying here if you get the chance.

Came here for a quick anniversary get away. AWESOME staff! Very clean and neat. House is truly beautiful and the room was very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer. Dean was great in calling after the booking to make sure everything was understood. And was great to meet him as we came in. Very, very helpful. Great location and great breakfast as well. Want to come again!

Made a last minute reservation and still received a warm welcoming call from Michaele covering all the details. Great location, easy walk to all the local sites, shops, and restaurants in the heart of the district. On-site parking is a big plus. Great breakfast in the morning, along with snacks and drinks made us feel very welcome and at home. The room was terrific, clean and comfy, just the right touch of modern without taking away from the quaint feel of stepping back into history. Would definitely stay there again. Staff was warm and helpful to answer questions and give trip guidance.

This was my husband and I's third time staying here at the Carriage Way B&B. We love the friendly staff, amazing location, great food, and beautiful rooms. To us this is our home away from home. We have officially named this B&B our B&B when we travel to St. Augustine. We can't wait to go back!

It's hard to add anything to all the other great reviews. We thought the breakfasts were wonderful and unique. the setup for drinks great, and the room exactly what you would expect in a 1st rate B&B. The location couldn't be better.We hope the rest of the B&B's on our extended trip are this good

InnKeepers and staff always go above and beyond to make sure our stay is wonderful. The food is awesome and every day we wake up wondering what delicious breakfast will be served. Carriage Way is our "go to" Inn when we travel to St. Augustine.

We began staying at Carriage Way a couple years ago and we will never stay anywhere else when visiting St. Augustine. The owners and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and make sure that your stay is amazing. Their location could not be better as it is in the heart of downtown and at the same time being just off the main strip so that you have privacy and quiet time. Their breakfasts are wonderful. I can not say enough good things about Carriage Way and we do all we can to visit at least once every six months.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful experience here at The Carriage Way. Upon arrival we were given an exceptionally warm welcome with introductions, wine and an overview of all the must sees while enjoying our visit. It was a feeling as if we stepped back into the 1800’s with the cream sherry welcoming us into our room, the parlor that was always stocked with canters of wine and homemade pastries. I appreciated the 18th century dishes, it just added a touch of history. A big thank you to Miichaele and Julio for your above and beyond hospitality!! Highly recommend to all travelers visiting this lovely city to experience “The Carriage Way.”

The Carriage Way charmed and pampered us in myriad ways during our two-day, two-night stay. This B & B is finely decorated and exquisitely maintained, with old and modern fixtures and furnishings that come together wonderfully. The place is full of elegant touches that treat the guest. We especially enjoyed fine breakfasts on the porch and wine and cookies at night. The owners and staff are personable and helpful and provide top service without being intrusive. We highly recommend!

This bed and breakfast is absolutely gorgeous! Everyone that works there is a delight and super nice! We stayed in the "Tanzinate" room, very beautiful! Walking distance to Historic Downtown and the Inn can set up all of the activities and tours you want to go on!

My girlfriend and I stayed a weekend here. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in the front door. The room was fantastic. The breakfast was fresh. It was like staying at a family members house. It was beautiful and had the feel of St. Augustine. Great location. We would definitely stay again.

The property, rooms and staff couldn't have been more charming. My husband and I had such a wonderful time at this home-away-from-home over 21 B&B. Nestled in the heart of St. Augustine, it was the perfect location to walk and see all the sites. The Tanzinate room had all the amenities for a perfect romantic weekend together. The owners and staff couldn't have been more professional, kind and attentive. . We will be returning for sure and I will be sending all my friends and family.

We've stayed at the Carriage Way Bed & Breakfast twice and loved it both times. It is close to everything and the management is a pleasure to stay with. Our bedroom was beautiful and the bed very comfortable

I've never stayed at a Bed & Breakfast and my introvert self was a bit leery. We picked Emerald room which had a private entrance. The room was lovely, with a shower to die for and a jacuzzi. The owners put a lot of thought and love into their Inn. Our room came with Sherry, and the Inn had water, wine, soda and coffee available at all times. My husband loved the breakfasts (I don't eat breakfast). Dean gave us lots of great suggestions of places to eat and drink. Owners and staff friendly, helpful and courteous. Location is great. You can easily walk to St. George's Street and most other places. Would definitely stay here again and in the Emerald Room!

We were on our way to Florida to visit relatives and decided to look for accommodations with more character than our previous St Augustine overnight. We're so glad we did, for our stay was delightful. Very impressive B&B with wonderful staff who helpfully made an excellent restaurant suggestion for our patio dinner. We'll definitely be back!

This bed and breakfast was incredible. Great location in the heart of town, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was awesome! They set up a bunch of tours for us and really made our stay so smooth! I highly recommend staying here when your in Saint Augustine!

Great staff they recommend places to see, centrally located to everything in st. Augustine , room nicely decorated and very clean we stayed in the emerald room which has a private entrance. Would definitely recommend.

Whenever Kelly and I can get away from work we relax at Carriage Way in St. AUGUSTINE . This visit was super special. Our host were gracious and accommodating. This place is exceptional. This is one of our favorite B&Bs in St. Augustine. It's walking distance to everything and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. The house was decorated for Xmas, so it got us in the holiday mood. We stayed in the Amethyst room this time which was perfect if you want a little more privacy. This room is separate from the house with it's own entrance. The breakfast was very good too.

Phenomenal B&B combined with enchanting St. Augustine. Outstanding, knowledgeable staff - makes the stay and the visit wonderful. This was our second visit to the Carriage Way Inn and once again exceeded our expectations.

The Aquamarine room was a great spot on the second floor (not by any entrance doors) - walls were a little thin though. Breakfast was tasty and the upper & lower porches in the front were great for soaking up the atmosphere or relaxing after a long day of walking. Location was upper-central of historic downtown so it was perfect.

My wife and I spent a few days in the emerald room and couldn't have asked for more. From the friendly and informative check-in process to the knowledgeable suggestions for local attractions and food everything was great. You can tell the owners take great pride in the property and work very hard to make everyone's stay perfect. The location is perfect for parking your vehicle and traversing all of St. Augustine's shops and restaurants on foot. Dinner at Collage, a Nights of Lights tour, and some late night dessert at ChocoLattes can't be beat! Highly recommended!

My wife, daughter and I stayed at the Inn a couple weeks before Christmas. We were there to visit our son and take in the Christmas lights. Michaele and Julio were gracious hosts, helping us with a carriage ride right from their front door and providing information about the Old Town. Their breakfasts were exceptional and the rooms we occupied were clean and well appointed. A great place to stay in the Historic District - this was our second time at the Carriage Way Inn B&B, and we'll be back!

The Carriage Way Inn is a perfect setting for your St. Augustine getaway. The service began even before we arrived as the lovely Michaele assisted us with planning our itinerary. The Inn itself was simply beautiful in every way. The location was perfect for walking tours as well as providing easy access to many fine restaurants. The Topaz room was beautifully decorated and provided us with a comfortable home away from home feeling. The gourmet breakfasts were simply divine. Julio, Michaele and the entire staff were welcoming and delightful. We will plan on many more visits in the future.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend while attending a wedding at the governors house. Stayed in the aquamarine room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was furnished nicely. The bathroom was really tiny but the shower was large and nicely done. The convenient location was great. We walked everywhere in the historic downtown including to the wedding. Designated parking for inn guests was a necessity.

This was our 4th time staying at the Carriageway B&B and again it was amazing! It was quite, clean, and the staff was super nice and helpful. They made our 10th wedding anniversary very special. Amazing service and breakfast! The whirlpool in the tub was a plus! Loved our porch outside of our room! After walking around and sight seeing all day, it was such a pleasure to stay in the heart of the district surrounded by numerous delicious restaurants! We will be back to The Gold room.

The Inn is very beautiful and the perfect location. We stayed in the Gold room located in the cottage. Everything was excellent and will be definitely staying there again. The manager recommended several locations for dinner and area attractions. The trolley stop is also within 2 blocks and the fort is 2 blocks away also.

We enjoyed spending our special occasion here! Everyone was fantastic! Our room was more than I could ask for it was just simply beautiful and our breakfast was Delicious (the best pineapple French toast I ever put in my mouth!) I would love to thank the owners for all the special details that made our wedding even better than I could have ever Imagined! We will return!

At arrival we were greeted With a cold fragrant towel to refresh ourselves A beverage Our choice and seated down and showed a map of Saint Augustine asked about our interests and pointed out on the map. Everything was within walking.distance. Breakfast was outstanding. After we arrived home we found a personal thank you email with reference of conversations we had. This was an amazing Bed and Breakfast experience. Everything they did was 5 Star. The food, the room, the hospitality and the overall feel made you feel like royalty. We paid for the picnic package and it was money well spent. We will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here between 1st & 3rd August and cannot speak highly enough of our stay. There was a warm welcome from the hosts - our room (the Aquamarine) was perfect for our requirements with the breakfast and complimentary beverages top notch. The inn is ideally located for the historic district and we were able to walk everywhere. We would not hesitate in visiting again should we be lucky enough to be in this part of the world.

Wife and I stayed for 5 nights in the Emerald room. Absolutely fantastic. The Inn is beautiful and the location is great. Once we parked the car we only had to drive when we wanted go to the light house and the beach. The owners, Michaele and Julio, were super nice people and gave us great recommendations on food and things to do. The breakfast they served each morning was delicious. I spent much of my working life as a travel writer, finishing my career as the editor-in-chief of an in-flight magazines. As such I was privy to lots and lots of press trips where I benefited from very fine hospitality and luxe accommodations. In my experience, St. Augustine’s Carriage Way Inn rivals many of the nation’s finest lodges in terms of comfort and attention to detail. Delicious food, ample wine and a cozy room made us feel so at home. A phenomenal location and off street parking in the heart of Old Town meant easy maneuverability and a focus on fun. We will return.

We went here for a weekend and it was my boyfriend's birthday. Everything was amazing from start to finish. I was trying to surprise him so I had a cake and presents in my trunk. Our room wasn't ready when we got there so i gave the gentlemen our luggage and my keys. I explained what I had in the trunk and it was a surprise. He waited until we left and got it all out of my trunk and had it beautifully arranged in our room and even plated the cake on a cake stand!! I could not have asked for more!!! Room was gorgeous and so nice including the Sherry in the room. Breakfast was amazing as well. I cannot say enough about this place!!

The Carriage Way Inn has a sign on their porch that they've been voted the best for 3 straight years. After staying there for a weekend, I know why. The hosts are affable and devote their time to caring for you and your vacation. They greet you with a lovely cocktail or beverage and explain everything that you want or need to know. Our room was very comfortable and charming. Breakfasts are diverse and yummy! The hosts really make you feel special!

This was my first time staying at a b&b for my birthday, the entire staff was so welcoming! My Husband & I felt right at home once we walked in. Loved all the personal touches including the lavender sachets. Walking distance from everything! We didn’t need our car for entire stay. The breakfast was yummy! We will definitely be back.

My husband and I just celebrated our 33rd anniversary at this most amazing B&B. The owners Julio and Michaele were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. We arrived late, but it was so easy to get into our Diamond room cottage. Next morning we woke and joined everyone for a delicious breakfast. We were served right away with warmth and smiles. After breakfast we sat down with Michaele and she went over so many places to go for dining & for things to explore. We have been going to Saint Augustine for 15 years now and she recommended places we never even heard of. All were worth going to. Our room was so unique, having a hot tub right in the room along with a fire place -without having to get wood. Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and all utensils and glasses. Refrigerator is stocked with wine and soda. The room was very clean and away from everyone. It is separate from the main house which gives you privacy. It’s across from a social bar which is very lively but friendly. We actually sat on our porch and watched the Steelers game from across the way. The staff was always there to help. Jared is always making sure everyone has what they need. We highly recommend this B&B and can’t wait to visit again soon.

I seriously never leave reviews but I just want everyone to know how amazing this place truly is. I've been twice already and there's absolutely no way that any place in St. Augustine is better than this. From the aromatherapy towels and wine when you arrive to the gorgeous and comfortable rooms, it's more than dreamy. Perfect location. Unlimited wine. Delicious breakfast. Amazing staff. It's really everything I want in a little getaway. Please visit this place, you won't regret it. To the owners and staff - thank you so much for everything!!!

We only planned to stay one night but extended to 3 as this hotel was so marvelous. The owners have thought of everything a person could want; all day coffee and cookies, sherry in your room, wine available in the dinning room. Our room, the Sapphire, was sooo comfortable; cosy bed, soft linen, snugly towels. You can eat breakfast on the veranda. Love this B&B! Breakfast was amazing. Very comfortable rooms and the innkeepers were so sweet and attentive. Local chocolates on the bed every night and beverages supplied all day long. All we needed to do was let them know what activities we wanted to do and it was scheduled for us! We will definitely be back!

We now understand why it was TripAdvisor's top pick for a bed and breakfast in St. Augustine. The innkeepers treat you as family. The accommodations are excellent. It's within walking distance to nearly everything. The breakfasts served are delicious. I would highly recommend Carriage Way Inn to anyone visiting the city.
